Манастир Раваницу, са црквом посвећеном Светом Вазнесењу Господњем, сазидао је Свети кнез Лазар између седамдесетих и осамдесетих година 14. века. Манастир је удаљен 10 км од Ћуприје на аутопуту Београд – Ниш. За посете манастир је отворен: у летњем периоду од 08 ч до 18 ч, у зимском периоду од 08 ч до 16 ч.
